Completely selfless, 
yet foolishly blind. 
Yet, vengeance is sharp.
Hard and harsh.
Completely careless,
No mercy of any kind.
Choosing sides are conflicting,
So hard to find a balance.
But either side I pick,
No action will be a challenge.

With rap being a male dominated genre, it is only a few women that have been truly noticed on the mic. Some greats like Queen Latifa, Lil Kim, Foxy Brown, Eve, and other artist have had their spotlight over the years. Artist like them paved the way for the biggest female rapper of today Nicki Minaj. She has probably dominated the female rap scene for the past 7 years. This is actually the first year that Nicki Minaj hasn't won the Best Female Rapper category in the BET awards.
