Be the Victor not the Victim
For the majority of my life, I have been sad. Over the years it has been for different reasons whether it's from my social anxiety, money problems, or just fear of the future. There of course have been times where I have overcome my sadness and find a way to find joy in the situation. However, my biggest flaw is being sucked into the cycle of sadness again. Nevertheless, this continuous cycle stopped recently. That is because I found a different way to deal with my problems. From having a heart to heart with some of my loved ones I realized that I was putting the blame on everyone else when it was my responsibility. I was constantly making myself the victim. It can be easy to put the blame on others when things don’t go your way. Blame your ex-lovers for your broken heart, blame your parents for genetic flaws, blame your crappy job for taking away your time with not having enough money to show for it.
