Ways to Clear Your Mind
Don’t you wish your mind just had an off-switch sometimes? I know I do. Sometimes it seems as if I’m simultaneously going through a million thoughts at once. They could be thoughts about planning for the future thoughts about an embarrassing thing I did in 2011. Whatever the case is, when my mind is on 10, it is likely to give me figurative and literal headache. Not to mention, overthinking about anything can lead to anxiety and downward spiral thinking. So with that being said, even though I can’t switch off my mind, I find ways to push reset. Mediation Meditation is my go to answer for just about any problem you have mentally, emotionally, or spiritually. The number one thing that I feel like it does right from the start is clear your mind. Mediation is literally using a technique to focus on one particular object, activity, or thought.
